Marie‐Emmanuelle Haas is Attorney at Law before the Paris Bar, working in her boutique Law firm ME HAAS, that focuses on Intellectual Property and Digital law. Pioneer of alternative dispute resolution and domain name Law, Marie-Emmanuelle HAAS has developed a recognized practice of Intellectual Property and Digital Law, both in France and abroad. Her scope covers registration procedures of IP rights, advice, pre-litigation or litigation.
She is a panelist for domain name disputes at WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Centre, at the Czech Arbitration Court (CAC), at the Asian Domain Name Dispute Resolution Centre (ADNDRC) and at the National Arbitration Forum (NAF). She is arbitrator for Intellectual Property disputes at the Hong Kong International Arbitration Center (HKIAC) and she was elected in June 2016, as an Independant Member of EURid Strategic Committee (registry of the .eu country code top-level domains).
Since 2004 Marie-Emmanuelle is a lecturer at the University of Paris I (Panthéon Sorbonne) where she teaches on Internet litigation.
